At Society4DIMES, also known as The Girls Club, we believe connection starts with trust. Every woman who joins our community deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported — online and in person.

Your safety matters to us. Below are the values and guidelines that keep our sisterhood strong, secure, and genuine

We are committed to creating a safe space where every member can grow, connect, and shine without fear of harm, harassment, or impersonation.

We take privacy and identity protection seriously — and we encourage all members to do the same.

To protect our community from fake or misleading accounts, we verify every member and uphold clear expectations for authenticity.

How We Verify Members

• Email Verification: Every member must confirm a valid email address before joining.
• Profile Review: New members’ profiles are checked for completeness and authenticity.
• Optional Social Link: Members can choose to link a social or professional page (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for added credibility.

We do not tolerate fake or misleading identities.

Any member found impersonating another person will be immediately removed from the community and, if necessary, reported to authorities.

We value kindness, consent, and integrity.

By joining The Girls Club, members agree to:

• Treat others with respect — no harassment or hate speech.

• Keep private conversations confidential.

• Engage authentically — no fake accounts, no catfishing.

• Report suspicious behavior quickly and privately.

If you ever feel uncomfortable, suspect impersonation, or notice suspicious behavior, please report it right away.

You can:

• Submit an anonymous report using our [Confidential Safety Form] 

We review all reports promptly and with full confidentiality.

When we connect in person, safety remains our top priority.

• All events are RSVP-only — no walk-ins.

• Attendees must be verified members.

• Events are hosted in safe, public locations with staff or volunteers present.

• Optional ID verification may be used for larger or private gatherings.

Every member helps build the environment we all deserve. You can support safety by:

• Verifying your profile and attending events responsibly.

• Speaking up if something doesn’t feel right.

• Welcoming new members with kindness and inclusion.

• Protecting your own privacy (avoid sharing sensitive info publicly).
